Hi Christine, do you have a picture? What kind of rug is it?
Hi Christine, I'm terribly sorry but unless you can show us the rug I'm afraid we can't help you. Your best bet is to find the hometalker article or give us some more info on it and we can find it for you. Then, ask the person who wrote the article about washing instructions. How to ask the hometalker: scroll down to the bottom of the article and ask either in the questions section or in the comments section. Or both, since some hometalkers aren't yet familiar with the question section.
Hi Christine, the method for cleaning/washing depends on what it is made of. Find that out first and then ask the question. Also, different methods depending upon the size. Some rugs can be washed in your clothes washer, others too big for that.
Christine........Yes, we need to know the type rug. They usually come with instructions for cleaning...I try to keep mine but sometimes I can't find. May only be able to spot clean but some will easily wash in washer and can be dried. Let us hear from you again please.
Christine, I need to know a little more information. What is the size? What is the material? Does it need professional cleaning?
