You can add stained, wood trim around it! Dresses it up nicely, it's budget friendly and you can pick whatever stain color you'd like.
A few ideas.
Add paint, silk flowers, doodle with sharpie pens, glue some glitter around edges. Not really into it but etching is something people like to do with glass. Maybe thin strips of wallpaper glued on.
