How do I remove liquid nails adhesive from concrete?
Previous home owner put Liquid Nails adhesive on the back side of a 7’x9’‘ outdoor rug and attached it to the concrete patio. (LN was a 1” wide line along the 4 sides with a large “X” in middle). We removed the rug and have tried to remove the adhesive by scraping, soaking with Blue Dawn & vinegar, and power washing - it’s still there. We want to stain the concrete instead of just replacing the rug. Squirrels in the area thought the rug made perfect nest building material!
