How do I cover up interior wall paint chips?

Painted the interior of my home with what was at the time Muralo Ultra Ceramic interior paint. 5 years later after some wear and tear there are some chips on the corners of some rooms. What's the easiest way to cover these up? I do have the original paint and have rotated the buckets and stored them indoors in a climate controlled area. Do you think shaking them well and taking a very small brush and doing a bit of touch up would work? Any tips appreciated. I just dont want these top stand out when I paint over them. The areas where the sheetrock chipped I plan to put a little plaster and sand it down...the plaster would probably be the size of a quarter at the largest spot.

See if you can get that color matched at a paint store, I know home depot can mix paint in small containers. Then just touch up with a brush. Make sure the finish is also the same because that's almost as important as the right color.

So if you plaster and sand then let it dry and cover with paint. The key is to get that paint matched then save it for future use because more than likely chips and marks will continue with time.

Yes ! I would use the original paint to touch it up. You could add spackle underneath for the chips, then sand, then paint!

The original paint should be fine. If you do plaster make sure you prime or the color will be slightly off.

Take a good photo to the paint department of the home improvement store and ask them what will work for you. They have the best selection, the most up-to-date materials and most important, the most informative sales staff to get you what you need for a professional job.
