Wash it! If you was your fabric or plastic curtain before use it will be slower to collect mildew. Toss in washer with a bit of vinegar in warm water on gentle cycle. If fabric you can toss in the dryer on low setting for a few minutes but not necessary, I just hang up damp.
Hi Kelly! You can just wash it on gentle cycle.....and just hang up to dry.... Have a great Christmas!

Put it the dryer with wet clothes and check it.
Put it in the dryer with a damp towel for just a few minutes. As soon as it is warm the folds will be gone and you can hang it right away.
Just use your hair blow dryer on it. The folds will fall right out.
