How do I paint tiles?
the top 3 tile rows of a swimming pool are damaged (awful scratches and discolored). I'd like to paint them. I'd like to paint them in dark blue. What's the best and sun resisting color to use? Thanks 4 good advice. Hans D.

I would think a good marine paint would resist the sun best. Prep well first, and your local paint department would likely provide the best advice when you get ready to purchase the paint.
Painting over ceramic tile, especially in a heavily used area is not recommended. Once scratched it will peel, especially where water is involved. Better to save your time and money for replacement tile later. Sorry
not sure this is going to work, those tiles will not take the paint, it will peel and flake off in the pool. best to replace then they get really bad
Contact a pool installer. They will sell you the products you need to stand up to chlorine, sun, body oils and other things that discolor. Your pool is a huge investment, worth the time and expense to do it right.
