How do I make this Christmas tree topper?

A week or two ago I saw an intricate, cut out and folded Xmas tree topper made out of glitter paper. I thought it was here, but now I can't find it. Any one have any ideas?

Even though the title of the project is "woven-paper," and the first line reads, "...nothing but paper....." the key to having this project turn out successfully is to use card stock, not just ordinary paper.
