Hello! I"m not exactly sure what you mean by magical, but I took someone's advice this year and used two different sized lights on our tree. This gives a brighter and varied look to our tree, and we love it. Hope this helps!
Tuck the lights in and under leaves. Do not let them show on top of the leaves or on the surface. By doing that, they seem to glow.
C Tiller, Start by buying tinsel. It's not like the old tinsel so do this. Lay the tinsel out flat, take about 10 strands, and in the middle put a ball hook, and wrap it tight, with a little bit at the end to make a hook to hang it. It shouldn't blow from side to side if you hang it in front of the pine cones. Aloha!
Wrap a string of solid lights with a string of twinkling lights so that the twinkling lights are in between the solid. You can wind the strings around each other or use baggie ties. Put them in your tree.
