How do I clean dog pee on hardwood floors?

My dog lost her eye and is getting older; therefore I believe she thinks she’s hitting the potty pads, instead she misses some. It is ruining my hardwood floors. Is there anything I can do before having to put new flooring down?

Use a spray bottle of Murphy’s Oil Soap and water 2:1 mixture. Blot the pee with a paper towel. Then spray lightly with Murphy’s crude. Dry well. Do not over saturate hardwood floors.
Baking soda may help draw it out. Install larger potty pad area. Fortunately, my dog learned to go outside and we never have used potty pads.
Put a small tarp down with additional pee pads so she has bigger area to go, after all she's trying to do what you want,poor old girl. Why isn't anyone letting/taking her outside to go.
Take her out every 2 hours at least. Put down several piddle pads so she has a better chance of getting it right. You don't have to replace flooring, you can have it refinished, but I would wait till he or she passes. I have a bunch of dogs and still have some senior dogs in the mix. Waiting for their time before I replace the rest of the flooring in the house.
