    B. Mixed Finger Fruit: Grapes, Apple Slices, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Orange Quarters usu. Served with cooper's cheese placed atop a Salad green.

    C. Ham or Turkey, rolled up, served with Romaine lettuce and diced Swiss

    E. All ingredients of an Italian Submarine Sandwich without the rolls: Rolled Up Balogna, Salami, Ham, Lettuce, a Spritz of Italian Sub Oil, and Diced Cooper's Cheese.
