What paint is best for a white window?

Is it interior or exterior?

if exterior an oil base paint -- in interior a semigloss latex -- color isn't the issue .. it's water safe paint for outdoors, and a washable latex for interior woodwork -- doors, door frames, window frames and mullions .

It is super easy to paint with Dixie Belle:

Step one: Clean with White Lightning

Step two: If the surface is slippery, apply two coats of Slick Stick

Step three: Paint one to two coats of a white color of Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint (perhaps Cotton or Fluff)

Step four: Use Gator Hide for a water-repellent finish
