Valerie, then try pouring industrial-strength vinegar and water mixed 50:50 in a spray bottle. You can buy it in a home improvement store.
Thank you so much - I will give that a try and if l may, I have another question- big problem with squirrels digging up my spring bulbs - I planted over 30 tulip bulbs last year and when I got up in the morning every single one was on the grass chewed up! Even now in December they are digging away in the garden!
