I would like directions on how to paint this.
Depending on where the tile is applied, you should be able to paint it. However, I wouldn't recommend painting a floor of ceramic tile, it just won't last that long. And I for sure wouldn't paint a tile in the shower that will be getting wet frequently. If it's a tile on a wall that would be a good candidate for painting. The key is to use a good bonding primer for the base coat. Here is my recommendation for a good bonding primer. Then just paint over that 2 coats of latex paint. :)
