Instead of my yarn being on the floor i want a holder so when i crochet its easy
Here are a few super inexpensive ways: https://makeanddocrew.com/diy-yarn-holders-household-items/
Pottery yarn bowls are a thing. They are lovely and really cool looking, but not cheap (maybe ask for one for Christmas or birthday - pretty easy to find at art fairs. You can fake one but cutting a hole in a plastic tub with a lid and sanding the hole smooth. Put yarn ball in the tub, poke the end out the hole, cover it with the lid. Might want to weight it down by putting a book on top or something.
I use a tote bag to hold my yarn, sitting on the floor to my left.
This person used a plastic laundry type basket. It’s realky clever: https://makeanddocrew.com/diy-yarn-holders-household-items/
Hi Melissa: You can use an old tea pot:) That's what I use:) Good luck
My mother used to use a coffee can or similar container, and she punched a fairly large hole in the lid.
