How does one know if a LED bulb or fuse is bad?

I have a string of LEDS in a old metal milk can that has rusted holes in it and the lights look like stars at night, but they stopped working.

You have to change the fuse out and see
You won't know the fuse is the problem unless you try a new fuse to see if the lights will work.
My husband replaces the fuse, if that does not work he knows the lights are bad.LED lights will be going on sale most places right after Christmas, if you can wait to get an extra set on sale.
Hi are they battery power or plug in. ? If battery power need new battery. .if plug in mine was fuses. .it took two so I didn't know with on was bad. I replace both of them. .works fine now. .Merry Christmas. .
