How do I easily clean PVC/plastic white fencing?

I have a few white fences & white structures scattered around my yard. They have ugly green/black mold? growing on them. What is the best & easiest way to remove the ugly stuff from fences etc. in the winter time?

Fresh chlorine bleach solution, as in a new bottle, not an opened bottle.
Scrub with a new toilet bowl brush. Re-apply spray. Wear rubber gloves, eye protection & be aware of the wind direction.
My favorite mold killer is discontinued & so now I use Zep brand and it’s what o would use after the first round with the bleach.
Try rubbing alcohol and mr. Clean scrubby
