What else can I do with a room divider/partition?
I have a 4 panel room divider that I bought to cover up a wall but it didn't work right.
What else can I do with it? It's metal frame with cream colored panels.

Decorate it with spring colors and set it up as an entry blind. People come in the door and don't see the whole room right away, but see the beautiful screen!
Sounds lovely, but sorry the project didn't work out. If it were my screen I think I would stencil a beautiful pattern on it. Maybe birds, animals, flowers etc. You can find some really great stencils on line. There are many companies listed under stencils.
Take apart; turn horizontal & use as aheadboard; replace louvered or sliding closet or bathroom doors; use it as a pretty garden backdrop; or porch or atio privacy wall. These are just some things that came to mind - maybe one of these ideas inspired you.
Hi Staci. I'm Cindy. The partition could be placed in any corner. Put a floor plant next to it. And perhaps a chair and a small table in front of it. You could also put it in front of any window and not use the window blinds. You will still get sun light and the partition will give you privacy.
To add to Pinkflmgo626, you can also cut it apart and make it a photo frame using photo mats or depending on how handy you are with wooden picture frame molding. Or you could use it a photo frame without cutting it apart. Post some before and after pictures. We'd love to see them. Good luck!
