Take a deep breath, and take the most important one first!! Then the next, and so on!!

Make a list, check it twice! It does help to be able to check off things on a list! If you put your projects in order of importance and understand that some just may not be that important if you don't get them done--that can reduce your stress! If you are feeling overwhelmed--take a coffee break to gather your wits!

Hi Lori, make a list with "easiest to complete projects" at the top and DO NOT allow yourself to start another project until you cross one off the list.

As everyone has suggested--make a list. I love listing projects...I love even more the satisfaction of crossing off a completed task.

But you know what makes you tick so set the priority according to what gets you moving.

Do you need a confidence boost and momentum builder? List projects from easy to difficult.

Are you stressed out by visual stimuli? Start with the ugliest re-dos.

Do you have time constraints? Build the list with estimated times (then mentally double that time) Have an hour before the game starts? Pick a 30 minute project. Got all day? Choose one doozy or multiple quickies.

Budget got you freaked out? List by greatest impact with smallest dollar output (that's usually a paint job).

Finally, if you just don't want to do the next project on the list...pick another one. If you really dread to face that miserable top job, find someone to help. Misery loves company so make a party out of it.
