This is a fairly easy project that is not that expensive, and can even be done with hand tools. The hardest decision will be how big, how many shelves, wheels so it moves, etc. There are gobs of plans on youtube that will walk you through the process. If you do not have power tools, have the big box store make the cuts for you and then have at it.
Go togoodwill, get two three drawer files, then you go to home depot, get a flat door, can cover it with contack paper or paint it, done, was my sewing table for years, good luck🐈🌵
Desertcat lady makes good sense. You can store tools in the bottom. Make a work top out of 2 x 4's glued together also. That makes for a tough work top that you can bolt a vise to. One of my favorite things for projects. You can use construction adhesive to attach top to the cabinet drawers. Storage and work space.
East solution bought for my son. harbor freight $130.
