You can take a picture of the stencil and use Adobe to shrink the stencil picture. Print out on card stock and cut out the stencil with an exacto knife on a scrap board.
Hi Carla. I'm Cindy. You can stencil either way. It all depends how you want the final product to look. If you want a large design on your floor, you should use large stencils to cover several tiles.
