    Drainage pipe which has the perforated holes and dug into the wet area and run under ground away from the wet location to a lower elevation should do the trick.

    How to Remove Standing Water in Your Yard with a French Drain

    1. Dig a trench in your yard where water is standing.
    2. Add a bed of pea gravel to the bottom of the trench.
    3. Wrap a perforated, flexible, plastic landscape pipe with landscape fabric, or use pipe that is ready made for use in a French drain.
    4. Position the pipe in the trench so the top is below ground level

    Add dirt to raise the level of the low spot. You may be able to get it for free if there is construction in your area.

    Buy some bags of top soil and after it rains notice were you need it and add the bags of dirt
