How should I finish my crawl space?
My crawl space is ventilated. Should I insulate as well as use a dehumidifier?

Are you having problems? Is it cold in the house? Humid climate?
Hermon,. Definitely insulate, this will keep your floor warm. The dehumidifier depends on how much moisture you have. Aloha!
Hermon,
Check out the website below. There are many things to consider depending on your exact circumstances. However, based on the most recent research, the conventional wisdom has changed and turning an unconditioned crawlspace into a semi-conditioned space without vents seems to be the preferred method. The idea that air flow in/out of the crawl space would reduce moisture problems turns out not to be true or at least not as good as people thought. A sealed crawlspace will supposedly reduce moisture problems and be more energy efficient, if done correctly.
