How do I build a bench using pin jack stands?

I have 2 pin jack stands would like to build a bench using them as 2 of the legs

Do you have access to a cut-off blade and a side grinder?
Im envisioning using steel guardrail components to provide the structure needed to fasten a bench platform to.
I’m looking for the square section of this type of hardware- where I’ve seen it in the exterior hand rail & guard rail sections of full line DIY big box stores.
Drilling the tops of the jackStands is going to be extremely tough and thus putting a sleeve over the tops will make the transitioning hardware easier to do.
