How do I hang a head board?

I have an old oak headboard. I need ideas how to hang on wall. It isn't flat it is round at the top.

locate the studs in the wall where you want to hang the piece, and build a frame that has space at the top for the rolled top .... be sure you have sufficient support for it's weight ...
You can flatten the backside and attach flat or use some type of hangers similar to plumbers use to attach to the wall as is. They aren’t attractive so you would need to cover the area where attached.
Maybe use ell brackets or something similar to a picture hooks
