I use a bunch of used fabric softener sheets and a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water. For heavy deposits use straight vinegar no water. The remaining softener in the sheet will also slow down the build up.

If you have hard water, I find that its a waste of time, between shower doors, measuring cups, glass ware, you would have a full time job especially after coming from dishwasher, or even if you use glass for water white powder in bottom of glass if your lucky to remove it before it hardens. Other than moving away from hard water is the only answer.

We used Lime a Way to remove prior water spots when we bought our house and then sprayed with RainX to stop future build up. We also use a squeegee after each shower. All of the above work great.

Get rid of grime on the interior of your glass shower door by following these simple steps:

    1. Mix one part vinegar with two parts distilled water in an empty spray bottle and shake well.
    2. Spray the surface of the shower door with the solution and let it work its magic for 10 minutes.
    3. Use a microfiber sponge to wipe away the grime. If you see streaks once the door has dried, use your microfiber cloth to buff them out in a circular motion.
