I tried attaching corner piece molding with construction glue. When slightly bumped, it fell off. What can I use?

Try adding more glue as it should have stuck the first time. You could also tack it with a tiny finishing nail after you add the glue to the underside.

Are you using construction glue like liquid nails?

Was the wall/item to which you attempted attachment thoroughly scrubbed cleaned and dried?

What kind corner molding and on What?

Wood, plastic? Sounds like you'll have to nail, but if very small will need to drill a pilot hole first so it won't break.
