You can do a slight adjustment by removing one side of the hinge and cut a piece of cardboard the shape of hinge and put behind it and screw it back on.

You don't move the hinges. First check to make sure all screws are tight. What you can do is remove one screw from each hinge on the jamb side and replace with 2" to 3" screws. Then close the door and remove the top hinge pin from the hinge. Ste the hinge on a hard surface and tap it with a hammer to give it a very slight bend. Reinsert the pin and check the door. May need to do this to the center hinge pin also.

Remove either the top or bottom pin, place it on a flat hard surface, like concrete, whack it with a hammer once or twice, reinsert and door no longer moves.

Easier than rehanging a door, for sure.

you car replace the hinge or some of them have a round piece of metal in he hinge that you can release and take the piece out to release the spring in the hinge.
