How do I clean the grease on the inside of my oven door that doesn't come off while self cleaning?

HI Jan. There should be screws on the sides of the oven door. These need to be removed and then you should be able to get the door apart to clean in between the glass. Good Luck!

This may be much more difficult on a wall oven, even if you can dismantle the door from it's hinges, because you may also have to disassemble the door, which can be quite heavy, depending upon size and manufacturer.
I use a product called Mr Muscle oven cleaner. Spray on the glass, allowing it to foam up. Leave the door slightly ajar with a few sheets of newspaper underneath. Come back after an hour or so & the grease simply wipes away.
