Get command hooks to hang pictures or other things. A couple of cheap bookcases are good for storage and display of small things. If you do use nails make them small and most such holes can be filled with toothpaste, use a damp sponge to remove any left on wall. Keep records or small things and call in any repairs as soon as possible. Our place has worked well with up on replacement of leaky dish washer and failed disposal.
