Trying to repair what seems like plaster decorative train color and texture not huge issue as it’s meant to be distressed just not sure what would work for repair

I think that is resin. Just glue the pieces back together. I use 527 glue
Let sit for 24 hours
I don’t have the pieces any Ideas on what I can use to patch holes..does not have to look great as it is a distressed piece
