Ann,. Check with Home Depot as to what type of paint you need. I think it's concrete paint. You might want to wash it with some warm water, and let it dry completely, before you begin. Aloha!

Ann: It's easy peasy...
Clean well. Then prime. Then two coats of a GOOD latex paint. You need a roller (with thick nap) and a brush.
