I'm not sure you can fix it. I've used Sharpie on black fabric that got bleached. It fades after a while, but it works pretty well.

This is a large king size bedspread, to large to dye. It wasn’t on the bed more than 1/2 an hour brand new when this happened. Still need suggestions!
You may have no option other than to attach other fabric pieces to your king spread, either in a quilt effect, or as a duvet...
Depending upon the area involved, you could try embroidering over the area affected, using a table to support the weight.
It's not too large to dye. You can do it in your washer.
