You really need a plumber, will need to Jack hammer up the concrete and depending how far even move the vent stack that goes thru your roof. It would be more cost effective if you move other things like door openings, vanities etc. The toilet is the hardest to move, look at other options. Good luck.

Yep, you need a plumber. Drain will need to be relocated along with the plumbing. Slab will need to be broken up for the drain. Water line moved. Vent stack does not need to be moved since the new drain will be tied into original drain.

  • Not an easy task when on a slab foundation. You will need a licensed contractor at a minimum. Requires permits and inspections. Cost may be more than it is worth to do so.

Could you box it in with a door. Might be easier.

Might be easier to move the location of the door.
