How do I repair old linoleum tiles?

I know I spelled it wrong but that is as close as I could come. The made humps between them the corners pop up and some just come out there is a thin layer of something black but if I try to pull them up that comes off. They have been on the floor for 51 years. There is a particle board floor underneath. I trip over them and the cover a large area of my home. HELP!

Not sure what "made humps" are, so a photo would be extremely helpful. After 51 years it might be a good idea to invest in some new flooring.
You really should also replace the particle board subfloor. I suspect that is what is causing your humps.
You need to use heat to uncurl the edges. This will enable you to glue them back down with a strong tile adhesive. Just use a Blow Dryer until they are soft.
Lay a thin towel on the floor and iron the one you want up when hot put a putty knife under it to remove it and replace it
