How can I adhere ceramic tiles directly onto Remu wooden wall panels?

Is it possible to successfully adhere ceramic tiles directly onto Remu (NZ Wood) wooden wall panels.

    Hi Brian, speak to the hardware experts at you local store, but I think so, Glue, called mastic, is the least expensive method for installing tiles. Mastic adheres the tile directly to a wooden sub-floor, to a wooden back-splash or onto a piece of plywood.

    Yes. Best to use caulk gun w a good quality glue that holds tile in place pretty quickly

    Tile mastic should work. As long as the wood is flat and stable. Thinset will not grip to wood.
