How do I make soap for a foam hand soap dispenser?

Original Antibacterial Hand Soap Dispenser dispensed soap in form of 'Foam'. Tried to refill but my homemade recipe is off...squirting more soap than 'foam'. Seem to remember someone saying dawn+peroxide would work. Any suggestions. Thanks

Hi there. I heard someone say a while ago that foaming soap foams because of the dispenser, not the soap recipe. Perhaps you need to fiddle with the dispenser, clean it out a little or maybe you need a new one to make the soap foam again?
