How do I make soap for a foam hand soap dispenser?

Original Antibacterial Hand Soap Dispenser dispensed soap in form of 'Foam'. Tried to refill but my homemade recipe is off...squirting more soap than 'foam'. Seem to remember someone saying dawn+peroxide would work. Any suggestions. Thanks

Interesting question, hoping your answer shows up. I used bottled baby wash to make a plain ( non antibacterial) foaming soap solution.

Lately Ive been purchasing the colorful inexpensive walmart brand nonbacterial variety and placing that in my clear dispensers.

  • Hi there. I heard someone say a while ago that foaming soap foams because of the dispenser, not the soap recipe. Perhaps you need to fiddle with the dispenser, clean it out a little or maybe you need a new one to make the soap foam again? Hometalk has many foaming soap recipes but they all seem pretty basic...you can peek at one here: https://www.hometalk.com/diy/-36378084 Hope it helps.
