How can I remove mould from underneath my mattress?

I have got really bad damp in my bedroom and last night discovered that it has gone into my mattress. I don't have the money to buy a new one just now, but its a high priority for me. Would any of you have any suggestions for what I can for now? I have put vinegar on the damp patches and have used a standard but stong mold and mildew remover but it keeps coming back. It is an outside wall and I have moved the bed away from it, but it has still managed to get into the mattress. It is only on the bottom at the moment but I am worried it will work its way up :( Thank you

If you have the space I would lift the mattress at least once a week and lean it against a wall with the damp side outward. Let the air get at it as much as possible. Vacuum any "fluff" type mould off . Wear a mask and while you try and clean any mould as it can be bad for your health. Use bleached water on a cloth to wipe where the mould is, then use a hair dryer to dry off. Please be careful with damp mould as it can get on your chest and make you very ill. Try and and the source of the damp and have it dealt with if possible.
Mold can be so unhealthy. If it is coming from the wall, you may have to remove the wallboard and replace it. If it is from the inside of your mattress, take it outside wash it well with a strong bleach/water mix and let the sun completely dry it.
Basically, your really need to find out where the dampness is coming from and correct that or your problem will keep coming back. Do you have a roof leak that is leaking into the wall? Do you have gutters on your house to direct water away from the foundation? Just two places to look...
Hi Yes I do have a long hallway so I can do that this evening. Sadly though by the time I get home from work it will be dark and rainy typical English weather! But yes it is an outside wall and there is guttering that may be leaking? I have contacted my landlord but he is away for a week which is why I wanted a temporary solution but thank you for your help
