FYI! Don't use regular cement to fill the holes. Will not hold or last. Holes and cracks in concrete foundations need to be filled with hydraulic cement
2dogal offers some good advice. I would only add that if there is a large tree nearby the roots may have caused the crack/hole. If this is the case the roots will need to be dealt with before fixing the holes.

What is your foundation made of? Cement? If so buy a commercial premade cement and fill the holes.
