How to glue/attach a large beadboard to a kitchen wall?

We have tried liquid nails. It doesn't seem to adhere. Maybe something thicker that dries fast? We have painted the board with chalkboard paint so we don't want nails in the middle of the wall. Thanks

I would suggest putting a nail at the top ceiling edge and use invisible fishing line to hang the board. How thick and heavy is the board? I often put in one nail and suspend a series of art in a column this way to avoid multiple nail holes in my cedar log walls.
You could call Gorilla glue customer service and ask if their products would be advisable?
Frame the chalkboard and hang like a picture.
Have you tried Velcro or you could try large picture hanging hooks
Command tape holds up to 15lbs and wont damage your walls..i use all the time for different projects..
Are you talking about hanging one board as a decorative touch (many answering seem to think so) or are you talking about installing many boards as the new wall surface? If the latter and liquid nails didn't work, are your walls uneven? Could you use nails at the top and bottom to install the beadboard then install painted trim to hide them using liquid nails?
