How to deal with moisture in concrete flooring?

What can I do to stop moisture in a concrete foundation. I get white powdery formations (calcium) leaching out. I would like to put down a floor but not until I get this problem solved. Mold will form under anything I put down.

That is called effloressence. Common in concrete.

You can seal it then proceed with your flooring.
Cassie: We had to get a foundation company to pump a foam barrier under the foundation to stop that moisture issue.
