How do I care for my Hydrangea tree?

I have a hydrangea TREE that bloomed beautifully this summer- now the dried flowers are still on the tree, should I cut them off now??

Yes and lots. Of people use them dried in flower decorations!!!

Absolutely! You should be trimming them off as they fade, that will promote more blooms. Read this.
