How do I fix my vertical blinds?

My vertical blinds sometime has a blind or two that has a tiny part that does not slide. The one blind does not close/open with the rest. I bought a blind fixture repair kit at Home Depo. but do not know how to change out the one part

It should have come with instructions or you can go back to HD for help. You might try getting a garage door lube in a spray can to help things move. Dirt and other things can get into the track and make things difficult.
That was going to be my suggestion. Should have instructions, go to HD, or even look online, maybe Youtube. I use WD40 to lube and prevent rust.
I used to work in a shop that made thee blinds and all we did to right this was pull the chain down again when closed.
