How can I build kitchen cabinets?

Question

We are wanting to redo our kitchen. We can't afford to do it unless i can cut costs. I can do woodwork but need some ideas and a template for corner carousel or blind cabinet with pull out device to access corners. Any other ideas would be a plus.

I can describe the one that my dad made at my moms house. Next to the dishwasher was a deep blind spot cabinet as you describe. Build your cabinet box on the end and both sides, install a 'lip' - this will be your platform for your pull out shelf. If you wish, install the same at the base of the cabinet. Then build your 'trays' to det on top of the lips. Think of a jelly roll baking sheet that has 1' sides. Dad installed a plain inexpensive handle on the end that faces the opening of the cabinet. He just rubbed a boat load of beeswax on the lip and it has been working since 1970.
