No. The leather is sealed. I think if you are considering doing that, its time to get a new one. Just beware that there are different types of leather recliners, of which not all are 100% leather. Like leather match is leather only whete you touch it. The rest is vinyl. Real leather recliners are 1500.00 and up.
The rest are not always. You want a good one? Look for top grain.
