How do I set my school boy pendulum clock to chime on the hour?

The clock chimes on the quarter hour and I can't get it to chime on the hour.

Hi Leah, I would reposition the hands as the simplest solution.
I've tried all methods but nothing seems to work. If the small hand is on the three. And the large hand is on the seven, I can't move the large hand around the small hand, they would both never be on 12:00 and the hour. Thank you!!
