How can I paint ceramic floors?

Paint ceramic floor. Not sure if you can but if it can’t be done I would like to know how. I have the old pink flooring

I would clean and etch the tile first and then use XIM bonding primer two coats - from there the options are endless and then top coat with Ben Moore StaysClear - several coats!!!
