Add humidity
A home with static electricity is a dry home. This is common in winter especially. To be rid of it, use a humidifier in the main room and bedroom. They usually only work in one room, but more than one should rid your home of static electricity. Same with summer, if you live in a dry area.
Humidity level is low. You need a humidifier. If you have forced air heat you can get one for the furnace or a free standing one.
We keep a humidifier in the bedrooms, and it has helped tremendously
