If something is leaving streaks, I will make a paste of baking soda and water. I apply it with a sponge, rubbing in circles as I go. Once the area is covered, I spray it with the vinegar & water with a few drops of Dawn. Let it sit for a while so that it has time to work, then rinse it off. I may take some extra baking soda scrubbing to get it all, but it always works for me. I hope this helps.
