Valentine's Day Disco Balls

I hope you guys stocked up on disco ball ornaments when they went on sale, right after Christmas. I love disco balls and definitely bough my share of them. I used some of them to create my icy disco ball wreath and love how that turned out. I still have lots of extra disco balls and decided to turn them into a cute Valentine's Day project. My daughter Scout, has already decided that she's going to be handing these out to all her favorite teachers at school.

Make sure your disco ball is clean and dust free.

Use red craft paint and start painting a heart shape.

Let the paint dry in between layers. I was happy with three layers of paint.

Use white craft paint to highlight the heart.

Aren't these cute? These can be used on your Valentine's Day tree, hung around the house or used on a garland.

These also make a great gift and would be fun for a girls night-in or craft party! These are also easy enough for kids to make... I mean, who wouldn't want to receive one of these for Valentine's Day?
