I have successfully used ketchup to clean my copper bottom pans; I think it is the acid that cuts the grime. Just turn the pans upside down and slather on a thick coating of ketchup, let it sit for maybe 30 minutes, then lightly scrub. Another idea---my mother-in-law swore by scrubbing with Zud and vinegar with a brown paper bag; she used this on her stainless steel cookware every time she cooked. ( Not sure what that paper sack was about, but i have done it and it worked.) Good luck!

You can use Cerama Bryte which is used for glass stove tops or comet if you are not worried about scratches on the bottom. Baking soda and vinegar are good for cleaning drains. Pour 1/2 cup baking soda to the drain, add enough vinegar to get to the trap and listen for the fizz. Leave sit for a while and then rinse with hot water. Do this on a regular basis and your drains will stay fresh smellling and clear

Burnt a stock pot and granddaughter showed me how to clean burned pans with just baking soda and vinegar. Takes some scrubbing, but works great.
